- To promote blood circulation of perineum, hot bath or mugwort hip bath will be prepared (for mothers with natural-childbirth, hot bath will be prepared first 2 weeks followed by 2 weeks of mugwort bath)
- To prevent mastitis and increase breast milk, breast massage is implemented until mastitis is released during the first week

- Baby diapers are checked regularly throughout the day.
