· The timetable is a guideline and can be amended according to the specific needs of the mother.

- Caregiver checks the status of the baby’s feeding
  supplies and diaper.
- Caregiver cleans the sink, washes dishes,
  ventilates the house, etc.
10:00 AM Baby feeding equipment preparation Laundry - Caregiver cleans and sterilizes baby bottles and
  feeding supplies
- Caregiver launders baby clothing on the washing
  machine
  (every 2 days depending on the necessity)
- Caregiver launders family clothing on the washing
  machine
  (every 2 days)
11:00 AM Breast massage
Breast feeding
Bath for the mother
- To promote blood circulation of perineum, hot bath
  or mugwort hip bath will be prepared (for mothers
  with natural-childbirth, hot bath will be prepared
  first 2 weeks followed by 2 weeks of mugwort
  bath)
- To prevent mastitis and increase breast milk,
  breast massage is implemented until mastitis is
  released during the first week
12:00 AM Lunch - Daily meals are prepared according to meal plans.
- Washing dishes, etc.
1:00 PM Break - Caregiver takes a break (1pm - 2pm)
2:00 PM Baby bath and breast-feeding
Baby wash.
- Caregiver sterilizes the newborn baby’s belly
  button.
- Basic wash for the baby is given daily. Full bath of
  the newborn will be given every 2 days.
- Caregiver prepares maternal snacks (to aid weak
  digestive system of the mother, small amounts of
  food, fruit juice, and nutritious porridges is
  prepared)
3:00 PM Baby clothing laundry and house cleaning - Caregiver provides basic house cleaning
  (baby's room and toilet cleaning)
4:00 PM Mother exercise and massage (Stomach -> stomach and legs ->
face and stomach -> stomach and
legs -> stomach -> stomach and
leg -> face and stomach)
- Depending on the new mother's recovery, foot
  massage, abdominal massage, pelvis massage
  and face massage is given (twice a week)
- Hot bath or mugwort hip bath
5:00 PM Dinner preparation
Breast feeding preparation
Basic house cleaning
- Caregiver prepares dinner for the mother and
  her husband.
- Caregiver prepares baby milk.
6:00 PM Dismissal - Caregiver overlooks final cleaning - windows and
  other safeties are checked.
- Baby feeding time can be adjusted depending on the condition of the mother.
  (Regular breast feeding interval is 2-3 hours and 3-4 hours for formulated milk)
- Baby diapers are checked regularly throughout the day.
- Please take an important note that caregivers do not provide medical practices
